Bij Joseph Aan de Poel. For a 2 star Michlen restaurant it's a disappointment. The strawberry appeared in a whole range of guises, amongst them slightly stewed on the bottom, fresh, as a cream, as meringue, as mouse. . Wine arrangement was very disappointing: on 5 wines, just 2 were good, one acceptable and two really cheap selection. Nice location, great variety of food, definitely a recommendation in Aalsmeer!
