It reminded me of the popular Danish island of Bornholm—located in the Baltic Sea just off the Österlen coast—with its wild nature, white beaches and sand dunes. It could have rained every day of our stay, and I feel confident we would have still created these beautiful summer memories. We cook and bake with love for both the surroundings and the raw materials, and we hope that you will taste at every bite.
