I used to love this theater for its location and service however it dived to the worst service making even my movie watching experience horrific. I've never had to pay for parking since I'm in and out rather quickly, and park specifically on the upper level right near the escalators.

I asked her if we can talk to the manager and she said we can talk to her and that the manager will take a very long time, she finally brought the manager which by the way he came within 2 seconds with such a deadbeat rude and not helpful attitude. Lastly when my mom and I left the theater we realized we had not validated our parking so imminently turned around to do this, and the attendant fought us for 10 min to go back in to get this done. The Dolby theater is the only way I'm going to see movies from now on. The Shoppingtown moniker was dropped from all Westfield properties in 2005. What a joke and a scam. Even though there seems to be issues with the customer service, there bf and I love the reclining seats and the shopping in the area after.
