I saw a store on the Champs Elysees in Paris many years ago, but my guess is that Disney has probably closed its stand alone stores worldwide, as the newness of the stores wore off, and the costs of expensive real estate became prohibitive in new economic circumstances. They had a store on Frankfurt´s Zeil years ago. Children must be accompanied by an adult. That time of year is approaching and I want to get some Disney stuff. Jobs and his retailing team at Apple, intends to drastically overhaul its approach to the shopping mall. Even though I like Disney stuff well enough after about five minutes I was ready to smash that whole sickly sweet store up with an axe. The prices were ridiculously high as well.
