When the other guests arrived, there was an issue with each one of us getting our own key because our names were not associated with the room. On the first night, a patron asked us if we knew where he could get coke. We stayed in one of the Umi suites which is awesome. Christin called prior to our arrival to add the other 5 guests' names to our reservation. This was the most disgusting experience I have ever had at a hotel. He offered me an ocean view room that was ready, or an ocean front room, which he estimated would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The gratuity is already included here, so you can't avoid it, no matter how many people get seated or whatever service you get. As guests of Eden Roc Hotel my husband and I dined here for breakfast and immediately upon ordering we were presented with our bill. Took them 45 minutes to bring our vehicle to us. I hope someone will have better luck. I guess I jinxed myself this time I said that. The lighting, ambiance and silence of the hallway start you off on the right foot. The hotel boasts 415 spacious, oceanfront guest rooms, three refreshing pools, 22,000 square feet of spa and fitness facilities, and 70,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Once I pointed out he hadn't rectified or apologized for the situation he then attempted to as we were walking away.

The goal was to make it even glitzier than the Fontainebleau right next door. I would definitely return to the Eden Roc, but I would hope that next time, the beds have been upgraded to something much more comfortable and the valet is a little more efficient. I contacted the third party and they said everything was correct on the reservation. The other 400 rooms are still the Eden Roc. The only downside to the room is, and this is probably the most important thing to a lot of people, the bed was probably the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on.

Woody and Duke are by far some of the best hospitality service staff I've ever met in my life. First a bit of history: Morris Lapidus also the architect for the Fontainebleau next door , designed this hotel for the alienated business parter of the Fontainebleau a couple of years later. I had no idea who sent me this until they reached out to ask me if I got a package. So the best of both worlds: super rental Villa Privacy and super beachside Hotel Services too. Family feeling and excellence of the service In a charming boutique hotel where deep care about details and sincere gratitude for the Guest are in the middle of everything. This hotel is a large loud hotel that requires lots of walking. And I admit, I did so based on a package they were offering that was a little less expensive than the hotels in the same area.

Large rooms full of light, all with view on the sea. The lobby features a cool bar that's really loud. Needing to stay somewhere for a night before meeting family the next day for the cruise to Cuba and Mexico, I am thankful to Spencer H. Rooms: 14 Hotel Chain: Eden Roc Children and extra beds Free! The room was decent but this aside, there are other hotels we will try on our next visit that were about the same value. Well worth the short wait! But the valet was absolutely terrible.

There seems to be a marvelous and chic aesthetic within every area of the Eden Roc Hotel. With our unique in-room dining menu, Eden Roc Hotel Miami Beach elevates room service to a whole new level. Their beach and pool are really nice. The chairs are also more comfortable by the beach unless you pay for a cabana at the pool. I am aware this is the standard but I don't have to like it, so I choose not to use the items. There is a no smoking policy even on the room balcony but you can clearly smell and see evidence that it is not strongly enforced.

A destination wedding over the Thanksgiving holiday required us to find a room that would meet our needs: ocean front resort, ample parking, lots of on site amenities such as wifi, food venues, and bars and a first class experience. I had fish tacos there that were super yummy had to ask for more sauce though and my husband got that logo awesome coconut drink yes I took a picture with it for Instagram haha Miami We ate at all of the restaurants and they were so good my husband had to coax me off property once to see other spots - I never wanted to leave! It was an open deck patio with winding bar. The omelette station was included with the buffet. Personally I really enjoyed fresh juice options, light snacks by the pool and super fresh sushi.
