This didn't delete my save game. Sometimes a hard reset holding power button down for 10sec can fix it. So make sure to download all the Mods you'll want because once you leave the Mod menu and start playing or what have you. Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3. So far, three things have worked for a short amount of time: Restarting the console, unplugging the router for at least 30 seconds and deliberately crashing the game. This seems to be a one-time solution.
The reason I created this video was because the method shown in my other video might not still work due to the mod creator changing their files. For me, I did this sordid song and dance three times, ying-yang: it was tedious and annoying like wth Bethesda make your shit work, but also it worked every time. All others will be removed. This didn't delete my save game. I literally when I want a new mod have to remove all mine to reinstall the all the ones I want plus that one different one I want to add.

Because it's going to try to initialize and log-in to a Guest Account, a Guest Account which has nothing to do with Fallout 4. Sometimes during downloading of mods it'll freeze and you'll have to repeat the process. Once in a blue moon I'll get on and it will let me download without having to do it. I've been blind to it for years. I sometimes need to hard reset once to download a mod, sometimes a few times. And have to do the whole thing over again. Ironically, the convoluted whole process above, mainly the crashing the game via a Guest Account is what seemed to bear the most fruits. And then bam, you in there and should be to download mods normally. Now that you're in your normal account, go to Mods, it should initialize, log-in normally, warn you about mods and achievements being disabled.
