The sales rep that helped me exchange my belt was Faria I believe that's how you spell it was exceptional! However, my second experience did not live up to the first. I had a great experience here. There is a shop for every budget. They do a great job for such little respect of people coming to this mall. Gucci does have actual outlet stores of which I have visited 3 so I thought this was truly one. Parking and traffic can be an issue if you plan to come to stop by during a holiday weekend. When I came in today, nearly a year later, this time dressed in my work attire, she admitted that she didn't recognize me at first, but was extremely helpful in getting my repair request taken care of, and getting me a piece that I was eyeing for the last couple of weeks.

They are so kind and willing to go the extra mile when you ask for something and it's not in the front. Lots of stores in this Premium Outlet mall. So now I'm a bit unhappy.

This place is huge and has almost all the brands that one can think of. Tory Burch, All Saints, Sevens for All Mankind are my favourites to go to here. I told my husband if he ever had to buy me a gift to make sure to purchase from her!!! She also sent me a handwritten thank you card after my first purchase from her. I am not a big perfume snob but I found the perfect scent during my last trip and I keep getting compliments on my perfume -- sorry I can't give it away but it is fabulous - stop in this store and explore!! We enjoy a nice walk thru the Outlet maze and window shop. Sale agent was nice and helpful. I know it says outlet but it's set up for full retail. I recently placed an order at the store and I was delightfully surprised to receive many text updates from her regarding my order.

We'll put a game plan together before we jump in the car and travel. Came in yesterday to treat myself to a new bag and wallet for my 30th birthday. Update I first reviewed this location back in 2017, what keeps me client at this location is the readiness and attentiveness each sales person has to their customer or personal. Talk about a commitment to service. I'm usually an impatient person because I wanted my bag now and I was so excited to come pick it up that now my mood is totally ruined. He also didn't pressure at all for purchase, which was nice and a good change from my previous experience with a sales associate at Gucci.

And when we asked when it would be instock, they said after New Years. I love having a store so close to my work so that I can pop in and see what is new. Perfect for those like me who need a little caffeine to shop. The deals here in Washington are pretty great! Needs a Victoria secret and a build a bear so I don't have to drive to Lynwood. Still a great shopping experience! I have finally tasted all the food as it took awhile. Food selections are ok but not great. I refuse to set foot in that store again.

I come to this place several times every year and especially during Black Friday and prior to my trip to India. You will always find something to buy and great deals. This just isn't my type of fashion, but it's a lovely store in other ways. This is a good place to go to get your shopping on! Beautiful and everyone was very helpful but it is falsely advertised as an outlet. Which makes me wonder why didn't they direct me there in the first place?? This place is extremely busy on the weekends.

Would be the perfect mall after that Located north in Tulalip, the Seattle Premium Outlet mall is usually a day trip for us to drive up from Kirkland. I am a big Gucci fan, own several pieces, and am always on the lookout for more. First off, the sale representative was extremely nice and friendly. Overall, if you are in the area, then I would recommend checking out their deals! I had them reserve a brand new bag for pickup later on in the week. This one in particular is a location that definitely doesn't make you feel discriminated or profiled when you walk in.

GUCCI for Women

I only have the waikele outlets and we don't have any good deals like this. This is a retail store. Highly recommend working with Coco, she's kind, patient, super adorable, and great fashion taste. Faria at this Gucci location in Bravern is a sweetheart. My husband went on a work trip and when he came home he surprised me with a Gucci belt I had wanted. . Austin greeted me with a smile and kind conversation.
