That is just cable, don't even start on net neutrality,car insurance,microsoft. I had a tech out last week to fix something and he resolved the issue on their end only to have it fail again a week later. Hi, Can a refresh be done to my account? If there is a Comcast rep reading this then I'd sure like to have this work. I really hope this helps you all. Does anyone know a permanenet solution other than just using another provider? Here's what I learned: 1. Then when I log in it says I have to call for further assistance or just says your request could not be completed. If anyone here is still having any issues with this let me know and I will try to fix it myself or point to the right direction in getting this resolved.

This usually can happen if you have multiple accounts, just recently transfer or canceled service at one location and started service in a different state. It may be hard,but when companies start losing money they will take notice. A refresh of the system might be needed to make sure the email has the right authorization. The networks are eating the money out of all of us all. The other reason that can cause this problem is either a user name problem with the email that is attached to the account. I have included a picture to show it works. I did an overall check and it seems like everyone reporting the problem here is because of a different reason.

Hi all - I spoke with the specialists at Xfinity Tech Support, and had all the same issues that are discussed on this forum. I just tried this again and I don't think that the chat tech understood me so now I have to wait for a call back from advanced support. This was incredibly frustrating and I feel your pain. There was a button for me to add Hbo now, which is weird, since I have it. As I have wrote in other similar topics, there are several things that can cause this issue. I have had this problem multiple times and currently have it again.

Xfinity lets you make multiple email user accounts and will randomly associate one of these email accounts with your hbo. When I went to activate it, I was brought to the Xfinity site instead of being asked to input my code. Waiting for a call back in a few hours from their tech team. . . I was actually helped through this by tech support. I've had the same issue recurring since last October and had to call into custer support probably 10 times.

I had a previous account with Comcast that my phone was autopopulating in my internet cache, so clearing the cache teed up the correct account. I used puffin, but it might also work with Firefox, chrome, etc, but not safari. Spent 30 mins on phone today with Xfinity to work it out they have no idea what it is. In fact it was saying that I did not have hbo, which I know I do. I am having the same problem in this thread and nobody I have spoken to has been able to resolve my issue. You must use your comcast.

It's like netflix, but paying for stuff that should come with our subscriptions. I just want the service I pay a lot for to work. Tried to activate it on our Xbox one after we moved into a new place and takes me to website with the weird add now button. After hours of this problem, I finally tried a different browser on my iPhone.

When this happens we just have to make sure that the user name that you are using is the correct one that is attached to the account that has hbo. Try logging in using each of your accounts until one works. . . . . .
