Never got a follow through reply, and I have noticed since, they took down my flawless review of the tv. They're a great company and I personally would recommend them to anyone looking for good customer service! I told him I was looking for a new tv and he asked me in a smart ass tone some technical questions as if I was one of his co workers. Miss the good old store. It is obvious that they sold me a refurbished headphone and pawned it off as new. Scott came out and looked at the areas and provided a verbal estimate the following day.

Two store associates, Nathan and Andrew, were very helpful. I've been in on questions about my camera, and they knew right off the bat. Don't ever buy anything from them. We've always found the employees to be courteous and helpful and have no complaints about quality of merchandise. We were greeted at the door by Garrett, who took the time to not only show us what they had, but he answered every question we asked. Huppin's, you are not all that and you sure aren't the only game in town.

Thanks for the help Garrett. He was very professional, and addressed all of our questions and concerns. They charged me for it and mind you, I never even received this lens! I needed it that day and he said it would be there for me. The whole process was awesome. I didn't have to have someone come out and patch drywall at all. At Huppin's our prices are competitive with national stores but we still offer personalized service, local delivery and installation services. They don't even know where the serial number is located.

This is the sketchiest thing that has ever happened to me on Amazon. We decided to go to Huppin's and ask if they had any options for us. He was very happy when we left. I was waiting specifically for them to get this tv, so the day it arrived I was there. Kyle got me on my way and he is a 5 Star young man and employee. Was greeted by a Huppins employee who didn't know anything about cameras, but offered his sincere help. Scott came out and looked at the areas and provided a verbal estimate the following day.

Once selected we scheduled the install. I didn't have to have someone come out and patch drywall at all. We're not very tech savvy, so we can be a nightmare for sales people. So ridiculous and rude and now I've lost 2 hours of my day just to drive here. Old lady, techno dumbo, remembers downtown Huppins. This review is for their online customer support! They even took down and coiled up the temporary connection I ran outside and through my basement window to connect my office! Ultimately, they were able to determine that there was a volume limit in the settings on the iPad that prevented him from getting max available volume. Their prices are competitive and the entire team was very professional. I am a firm believer in shopping and keeping my money local, but that has changed with this business. Thanks again Bret for all your help! Called about a specific camera and spoke to Austin on the phone, he said they had one in stock and it was the floor model. They gave us an initial bid that included three options.

And not do they only stock it all, their staff has a great knowledge of the product they carry. Used car pawn shop sales mentality let me explain. I have also bought Apple products here. We love our new sound system! Please be careful from this seller on Amazon. They made all the extra cables I needed and hooked up both my computer and media center to ensure all was working before leaving. My card called them and the customer service rep said he doesn't have any information of confirmation of receipt and that he just had a tracking number, which I already have from Amazon which is not enough information. I'm writing this review today to point out an incident of what we found to be exceptional customer service.

They sold me a defective Beats headphone and will not give me a refund. I immediately called Amazon about this because it's an unauthorized purchase and Amazon didn't have any shipping information, so I contacted the seller as well as my bank. Huppin, patriarch and founder of our Jewish community would be. They were extremely helpful in initiating a return after we determined it was defective. I would highly recommend Huppin's to anyone who may be tired of being overcharged by Comcast and who want other options.
