It is a shame because the interface is not bad, and data speeds seem quite good — but as they have a browser based interface it is a big failing to not support legacy browsers as many peeps still use them that is why we test with multiple browsers as our customers have them and to have support that bad means I have uninstalled and will look elsewhere. Do not terminate or deny access to my account until the subscription lapses. I contacted iDrive on many occasions through phone calls, chats and emails and everytime I get nothing resolved.
