Companies selling in China were required to pay the Chinese government and submit samples of their products to be tested on animals in Chinese laboratories as part of the pre-market registration process. And everyone should have access to accurate information so they make informed purchasing decision. This is something that is really important to consumers to be aware of.

The only way to completely remove the risk of cruel animal testing for a company is not to sell in China. The Chinese government still has the ability to pull products for post-market testing at any time.

However, any products sold in mainland China are susceptible to animal testing.
