I got this tv for the idea it would last at least a few years because lg was a great brand and now I know I was wrong. It disconnects from the internet every once in a while, and the only way to fix it is to unplug the tv and then plug it back in. I'm not a wealthy person, so I buy things to hopefully have for a while. You can watch 4K video on it.

The screen was damaged in spite of no physical damaged to the package. I just want my tv to operate appropriately. Also, double check your connections to ensure they are secure. The picture quality is great and you feel like you're right there in the picture. What surprised me was the audio quality. Never have I had a product be so good to just die the next day. Then plug it back in. I thing quality is very bad and even poor customer service.
