We will never forget this trip or our Dominican friends. There spa is not completely done yet they only offer a few options most of which are just massage for a duration of time. The beach with its white sand and turquoise water, the island's tropical climate which is warm all year round, and the abundance of lush greenery all come together to create a truly unique spot and a real treat for the senses. That's why we want to show you what the outside of our hotel looks like, as well as its rooms and restaurants. You can also use a kayak at no cost. We especially loved the British pub and the sports bar. Very good food and drinks.

The spacious bathroom has a rain shower, a large sink, a hairdryer and bathrobes, amongst other bathroom amenities. Amstar representative, Frankie, was great. This resort does not compare to the majestic mirage at all.

We got upgraded to the swim up rooms which was very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone,please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have. You can pay to bowl or play arcade games on The Boulevard. The beach is wonderful powder white sand, turq. Guests staying in the hotel's main area can also enjoy the wide range of facilities and services that the Lopesan Costa Bavaro Hotel offers. Room — The humidity in the room was normal, the air conditioning works really great, but turns off, as others have mentioned, when there is no movement in the room; so even when you are sleeping I would wake up in sweats, reach out to press the button, and go back to sleep. The hiccups we had were immediately remedied by staff we spoke with in the hallways we had reported our missing remote control and an item forgotten in our first room to client services, but no one delivered, as nice as the counter person was, no one delivered. Definitely going back and will recommend it to all of my friends and relatives. In addition to 2 buffets which offer international, national and regional cuisine, guests can also take their pick from Mexican, Mediterranean or Asian food, or head to the Steak House, a typical Italian trattoria or an American Grill. Discover the breathtaking views of Playa Bavaro and the Caribbean Sea their balconies provide. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. And now imagine doing this in such a specular and exclusive location as Playa Bavaro, in Punta Cana.

Staff were wonderful and friendly. Don't forget that, apart from making sure you have fun, our main priority is to ensure our guests unwind. They do such a wonderful job that makes each and everyone's vacation a memorable one,and wants us to return. Thanks to hildie who checked us in at the adult only desk and a huge thank you to senor Ganil at guest services, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, I hope management realize what an asset to this resort he is. We know how important pictures can be when planning your holiday. I would give a big thumb up to the management actually, I know they had spent so much time to train their staffs to become 5 stars service, they are almost there! This resort has something for everyone from tots to seniors.

We stayed at this resort for 6 days 5 nights, we didn't join any excursions, we mainly just stay inside the resort for the entire trip.
