The Horchata is something worth trying as well if you like the taste of cinnamon. I know this is petty, but I hate when the laminated menus have the corners falling apart and they're not totally wiped clean. We were the only two people sitting at the bar on a Sunday night. The fish tacos were not much better. They were very generous on the guacamole which reminded me of tacos el gordo. The tacos are huge and very filling.
Well at least Now I have an alternative place to go to if I ever crave for 5-star worthy street tacos! The authentic taste of Los Tacos No. I'll pass on going back. My mouth is drooling just thinking about it! They had a special on pork tacos and rice for 5 dollars which was very good. So we had to try it. Looking forward to going back! I loved the guacamole that they put on! We asked if she could credit the one and she said her manager wasn't in the restaurant and no one else could do it. One group of people who came after us, sat at the table and left before we even finished our food.
Like, it totally justifies the price you're paying for them. We just happened to be driving on University and saw the Now Open sign. I ended up eating my tacos with a fork and knife. It always surprises me that this place isn't busier but if I have to guess why - it's certainly because people usually don't have two hours to sit down for a meal. The ordering system is weird. So we told the lady and she took it off the bill. Tortillas are handmade, the meat is grilled to perfection, the guacamole is fresh and creamy, and the salsa is like eating volcanic magma legit bomb.
You pay at the end of the line. Price levels on my lower side of medium priced establishments but the food is totally a 5 star. Overall Los Tacos in Plantation Florida was a good experience and we shall return. A little on the pricey side. I highly recommend their asada tacos! As he turns to me to ask if the amount sounded high the waitress takes the check and his card and walks away. We asked for everything on top, so the spice at the end killed me.
It was so good and the fried cheese added the perfect amount of flavor and crunch to the adobada. Check it out if you're in the Chelsea Market. I can't believe I ate so few. When I come back on the future, I'd probably ask for everything but the red sauce and put some on the side. As a lover of all things Mexican food, I was not impressed.
Also their coupons were marked off for a free mini nacho. After gone over their menu, we ordered a few simple Mexican dishes like Al Pastor tacos and burritos. Washed down the greasy meat, cheese, sauce, and corn tortillas perfectly. Vampiros was also something I never knew about. Got our food and since there was no where to sit we tailgates out of the back of my suv. We ordered Chicken Tacos, Pork Tacos and also ordered Tamarindo.
There are paper towels and on the night we went, even some musical entertainment. Not what you would expect when you drive up to the place. Very well done, very very well done chefs! I mean, I made an attempt. How a manager isn't on site at all times beats me but they weren't. I had a chicken taco. Although I tasted the green salsa, it was to spicy for me.
For many years, this stand had no official name. Also enjoyed their cabeza, so tender and fatty. Of course there was a line a guarantee in itself something is worth the wait but the line moved quickly! We ordered some carne asada tacos and a drink. But the pastor is amazzzzzing. So I did both all the way on a corn tortilla and when I first got it I realized they are bigger than your standard Mexican taco. It's worth trying if it's your first time, but I cant see myself standing in that long line again for these tacos.
