I am watching McMillan and wife on Netflix and I am not understanding how Sally is pregnant at the end of season1 and you never hear anything about the baby and then again in season 4. Hudson recovered from the heart surgery but continued to smoke. Does anyone know why they did that? Did Rock Hudson ever boo-hoo-hoo over Sally? My only complaint is the packaging.
