Applied for a aqua credit card got accepted purchased 1 thing then the card got declined, had a letter of newday fraud team phoned them and they asked alot of questions and had the cheek to say they didn't believe it was me , I offered some form of identification but would not give me any answers, so annoying. Reply took a week and was completely unrelated to what I'd asked. The recording quality is quite good. When applied got an email stating they needed more information. My main comment would be with the growth of contactless technology, why does my card not have this facility. Our primary expertise being Amazon. Their fraud team are so rude, unresponsive!
