I wanted to order the right item from them ideally I would just change my order and pay the difference , but with this service I'm just waiting for to return the item and I'll buy the right one from another place. . This result falls beyond the top 1M of websites and identifies a large and not optimized web page that may take ages to load. I emailed her and she said she would reply the next day. They never send, they only send request to pick up package for shiping company. And today, when calling customer support and waiting for half an hour, the person hung up on us! This is unexceptable because I paid extra to have it on the same day and also because I was traveling on the next day so I couldn't wait 3 days for it.
In the end delivery is 2 weeks. We found that 45% of them 29 requests were addressed to the original Netonnet. . Basically absolute shambles on every level. I had 4 orders here and I have been satisfied with them, but I must say that if you want a fast delivery then you should pay extra for express delivery or a physical store like their pick-up points, which sadly they don't have that many of, but at least they exist! Avoid this company if you want a good service. They blame Postnord while Postnord claims it was NetOnNet who asked for the item to be sent back to their storage in Sweden.
Later when they realised the mistake they took the product back from the post office without informing us or sending us another item. Let say you place order. To be honest, I do think its the last time im ordering something from netonnet online, at least if im in the store I'll get my stuff right away and hopefully the customer service there are good compairing to the online support, asking for why or when it will be shipped? We are now in doubt what to do, Netonnet say we can simply ignore to pay inkassovarsel but we are scared this will affect our credibility and potential to take a loan in the future. They have what we need, the stores are usually pretty big and have plenty of check out lanes. No wonder amazon is winning business over other badly run companies.
However, we also received a bill for the replacement product in July. Customers complain about long deliverance time and bad customerservice. This is a poor result, as 70% of websites can load faster. We called Netonnet and they said the product should be credited in their system and we could simply ignore the bill. Its disgusting and I feel scammed by it.
They arrive at our warehouse and was credited and repaid to you in full on november 12th. But I had to sit on the phone for an hour. NetOnNet sells brand items, often at the best price on the market, and they send all their items by PostNord. Besides, they've got a store not so far from where I live I also think they should be applauded for having so cheap things for sale. They carry everything you could need, and surprisingly have some pretty affordable items to go along with the higher priced items that are the norm here in Sweden thanks to the taxes. I get errors can happen but not so many Good and has ok prices I give them that. .
This is a company that completely denies consumer rights when a product gets broken within the warranty period. I had to inform their customer support about this : And they were very greatful, and never did they treat me badly even though i went through 3 computers : I've ordered an item which I realised in less than 24h that it was a wrong item and I wanted to cancel my order. So, I warn you all, folks. They have a dumb contract with postnord contract they blame it on, it does not justify it at all. .

Any other company tbh would've shipped it the same day depending on when the order was created, and even more so I paid for it right away which in my eyes should be prioritized as they got my money for nothing and I am still waiting for my items to get shipped so I actually get something for my money. Update: After speaking to Hanna at netonnet it turned out they were out of stock, she went out of her way to send it to another warehouse that had it in stock and then ensured it woild ne shipped today. . Unresponsive , incompetent and most annoying. Never again to buy a single thing from netonnet You are selling one product and after six days you are sending me mail that there is no product like this.
Brought a new graphics card in the beginning of this week, been on the support 4 times already. You cant track it what so ever. Can you send a copy of the bank statement that shows this? Just receive a confirmation that the item was in transit. NetOnNet is cashing money for stuff they don´t have in stock. It is still on the way to us but at least we got a confirmation that the item was on its way.
Seventeen days and counting with no tracking code , no answer to messages - just frustrating. They said it costs 300 to 700kr to look at it and see if they can fix it. I would give them 0 stars if I could. She seems to contact a lot of people here. Sent in a faulty blender for service but NetOnNet sent replacement blender to the wrong address. I will have to pack them and pay for shipping myself.
