Kaserne used to be military barracks and has been converted into a cultural hub for the last 50 years, since the army left. The atmosphere is cosy but intellectual, the magazines alongside the wall animates to stay longer and enjoy a class of wine. Vielleicht gibt es ja was zu gewinnen.
