Recon as much and as best you can. I called to get annual fee waived on one card. I have excellent credit and a zero balance. Capital One closed my credit card, supposedly due to non-use. Of course you are not aware of this happening until you get a Monthly Statement.

I wasn't expecting anything from Utah, but I got a hunch and looked it up on Google to see if there was any correlation, and apparently Discover maintains key offices in Salt Lake City. Use american express or an airline visa card I'm cancelling my card as soon as payment clears. This Capital One company is not worth a credit line. This card makes no sense. Got off the phone with Capital One, received a letter they are closing my account due to inactivity, they were completely unwilling to work with me to keep it open.
