Guest r ooms are spacious and have tasteful if generic decor, but smallish bathrooms. Take a train into the city centre and visit the Albert Docks, where Victorian warehouses have been turned into ultra-modern museums and bars. Clean and well presented a credit to the brand. As always great breakfast in the morning and friendly staff. We arrived at 10am to just leave our bags in but they let us have our room which was great. Expect a bit not a lot and not enough to disturb of road noise. The location of the hotel is fantastic right beside the main shopping area, restaurants and bars.

It was about a 20 minute walk to the docks, but there is plenty to look at on the walk down. Premier inn do not do this offer. Some rooms can take 2 adults and up to 2 children under 16 years. So because of staffs incompetence we have paid £48 on parking instead of £18. The converted warehouse hotel has original exposed brickwork throughout public spaces and even in some rooms, making it stand apart from other Premier Inn outposts. Premier inn do not do this offer. The Albert Dock one benefits from having really friendly and helpful staff and is situated very close to most of Liverpool's main attractions. They then recommended various specials on offer at the Brewers Fayre, which we did make use of. I get this happens, but no alternative really offered to the same level.

Our Liverpool One Premier Inn offers everything you'd expect, incredibly comfy beds in every room and an integrated restaurant serving a mix of traditional and contemporary dishes. As well as having Lime Street Station right on your doorstep, you'll be within walking distance of St John's Shopping Centre whenever you fancy a bit of bargain-hunting. The staff are friendly and the linen and bathrooms are clean, but it is run down and the carpets were pretty threadbare and dirty. Then get back to the hotel for a tasty Beefeater meal and our new, modern rooms with extra-comfy kingsize Hypnos beds. Guests give the branded Hypnos beds high marks for comfort.
