There is a good bar downstairs and local bars down the road. Guests will also find room service, Egyptian cotton sheets, and coffee makers. I believe that security came and talked to them twice, but I still had to say something to them regardless. They give you 2 complimentary bottles of water on the desk. My room was clean and spacious and quite comfortable, although I didn't have a sleep number bed.
North Dakota Heritage Center is 1. So I'm going to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt. And it was much nicer. A theater literally across the street. You'll find a 24-hour business center on site. One of the pillows on the bed smelled extremely foul. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Event space at this hotel measures 10000 square feet 929 square meters and includes a conference center. Located in the heart of downtown we are just minutes from the State Capital, Hospitals, Civic Center and Shopping. It's clearly an older hotel that was retrofitted with new furnishings. I was appalled when I entered the room! Beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets and premium bedding. Okay, this might be probably one of the only good hotels in this area. They are truly second to none when it comes to delivering excellent customer service and making our guests feel right at home at Radisson. Finally, when they answered they told me i wasn't on the list, but they would come get me anyway.

The restaurant staff were extremely attentive as well. Someone kept trying to get into our room too. As other Yelpers noted, the rooms are a little on the cramped side. There was even a small shower pouf. The location is central to many things downtown, and the parking is free, but I can't think of much else about this hotel that I found acceptable.
Once here, you can host meetings, stroll along the Missouri River at Sertoma Park or explore downtown restaurants, shops and nightlife. Never reminded me to validate my parking garage ticket to avoid parking charge; a sign at the exit reminded me and had to walk all the way back to the front desk. Opening the window we go the enjoy to see the hotel's roof lol. I am a tall person, but nothing about the room made me feel cramped. Rooms have partially open bathrooms. Finally, we tried to have breakfast in the lobby. Sincerely Room 730 Location is great as far as that goes.
But the other front desk person, Lindsey, was very nice when I called back and when I arrived. A free transfer service to Bismarck Airport is available. We ate breakfast at the little restaurant downstairs and it was very good. They finally sent someone up to quiet them down. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
I couldn't hear anyone in the room next door which is a huge annoyance to me, I hate that! I called the front desk to ask for another room and was told the entire hotel is booked on a Monday in February. But needless to say, don't book through a third-party site in my case, it was hotels. Including the German polka festival, if you are so lucky as I was. When I checked in the lady working there didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.
The toilet randomly made loud noises all night. This ballroom can be divided into three smaller venues. It's the outside hallway that we could not deal with. The front desk always with great information and great smiles and the house keepers that cleaned the 7th floor for the night crew did a great job!! Belle Mehus Auditorium and Camp Hancock are also within half a mile 1 km. But I've stayed at some amazing Radissons and this isn't one of them. We heard every noise out there and got hardly any sleep both nights.
