Ordered all junk food paid for that later, if you know what I mean. The city then negotiated with other operators to complete the work and reopen the complex. Built with taxpayer dollars, the Empire 20 opened in 1999 located next door to the historic 1928 California Theatre, now a performing arts center. The senior price is the best anywhere around and the theater is clean and has plenty of restrooms. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that they never have any of the more obscure movies here. But it s a good place to see a movie. Clean and staff is friendly.
