Popular attractions Puerto Naos Beach and Playa de Los Monjas are located nearby. Visited the restaurant a couple of times, food was good ans a nice variety. We are happy to see that you enjoyed with your family your holiday in La Palma and also you have good memories of your experience at Sol La Palma. I wish I had booked the Hotel now as the Apartments are run down and the hot water for a bath is absolutely pathetic. Plus, rooms with sea or mountain views come as standard. .
My partner and I had a reasonably great stay at this hotel. We were half-board and obviously no alcohol was included, but I was disappointed to find that we even had to pay for water with our evening meal. Housekeeping staff did a great job and were the friendliest of everyone. It is in a nice location near the beach, with great facilities on site. Sol La Palma has several swimming pools a gym children's playground and professional star-gazing facilities.
The room was clean and tidy with plenty of space for three children and two adults, we were in room 235 which was facing the road which had light traffic and little noise. Plenty of vegetarian options and a different version of paella every night. Smiles were in short supply apart from Sara, who was lovely. Hotel guests almost entirely german. A total renovation of this property was completed in December 2018. Parking is available onsite for a surcharge. There is a pool bar serving snacks and a lobby bar.
The pool was alright too. The most exciting thing to see was paragliding which you can either watch or join in with a tandem flight. To use the sink you either have to stoop over and insert your head under the top shelf, or do everything at arm's length! Word of warning, they do not provide free drinking water during evening meals. Sol La Palma Hotel features 2 outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, and a children's pool. Also went on a whale and dolphin boat trip from there coat 75euros for a family of 4, didnt see any whales but the dolphins where amazing. They do provide bottled water at a cost, but we'd wanted to reduce the amount of waste.

A wonderful holiday, and will be returning to this hotel. Most of the clientele here are German and although I witnessed several angry exchanges at reception about sea views and parking spaces, most of them seemed happy. Rooms are unavailable for your trip dates on Expedia. Going each time to the reception and queuing. Puerto Naos can be very windy indeed!
