I can't recommend this location enough! Just when I thought I was out of options, Todd, the manager appeared and immediately took charge and made sure I got access. It appeared that he was the only worker because each time I called or visited I would only see him. It is easily accessible, clean, and a great location. His quick communication made the most impact when we moved out of our storage unit over a weekend and were going to cancel the unit that Monday. The air conditioned environment also made it very comfortable when I needed to look around in my storage unit.

Original review from last year. Overall, five star facility, staff and value for money. I would recommend this place 100%. It's a new building built in 2005 I believe , and the whole place is spotless and clean-feeling. They have thought of everything to help you get your things in and out. I've been other places to seemingly save a couple of bucks, but this place is a cut above, and deservedly so. It is a clean environment that has good security.

I'll definitely recommend this place and be sure to tell them to ask for Todd. That element alone is enough for the 5-star review. Units are well maintained and easily accessible. The storage units are located behind multiple locked gates, and the place doesn't give the feeling that your unit's neighbors are able to just knock down the shared wall that many other storage units in the area seem to have. I feel very safe in knowing where my personal belongings are being kept. I also like that they have carts you can use without charging you. That really did help since I didn't even have a permanent place to live in San Antonio yet.

Stor had several 'bumpier' months when I first got my first unit where things were not quite as organized and there was a lot of change-over with temporary employees, many of whom just sat in the front office, lifelessly waiting until their shift ended,. Therefore, I had to put my things in storage for a short while. The property and building are always clean with bright hallways, the manager Shelby always greets me and my team with a smile and helps our business with packages we have delivered to our unit on occasion. Todd and David are professionals who are courteous and helpful, and the facility is spotless, the lights work properly, the password pad works perfectly, the website for bill-paying is great, and their moving carts are clean and plentiful. I highly recommend this facility and definitely worth the drive even if your not in the area - Jose Cavazos Stor Self Storage was great and gave me a great deal last minute on a space in needdd temporarily. Honestly can't recommend this place enough. Todd staff always come around to make sure everything is going smooth he has great conversation and a very welcoming attitude. Plus she's incredibly smart and if there ever any issues, she can figure out creative solutions very quickly.

Thanks for great business and a caring staff. Having been a storage facility owner previously I was looking specifics amenities. Shannon, Derick and now Shelby have been absolute angels over the years in helping me with any problems I have and they have all went over and beyond. . On any normal day, you're able to get in and out extremely quickly.

I have no doubt this is the best place with great storage prices. I do plan on referring people to you. I cannot say enough about Todd, his customer service and genuine great attitude. Whether you need a tiny storage space or a much larger one, I highly recommend Stor. If you have ever stored your furniture at another place, you'll appreciate how helpful and customer-oriented this facility is. I have had upwards of 13 units and now I am down to 8.
