All double distance runners will start in an early starting group. Beverage: Water and other beverages will be available at the finish line and once during the course. Race Preparations

Tough Viking is a competition for everyone, both the elit athlete and the regular exerciser. Pick up your envelop maximum one hour before you start. The vest must be used during the race. Car: There are some parking lots at the event area. Starting time: The starts will be between 10:00 — 16:00. Changing-room: Will be available a the event area.

This is valid unless you have not be given a different number by the Crew. You choose how you will compete when signing up. . A team can consist of as many participants as you like, but you compete with the aggregated time of the 4 fastest times in your team against other teams. There will be a queue by the starting area for the second lap.

Public transport: Take Metro 1 to Frognerseteren to get to Holmenkollen. Heats: Your starting group will be notified by E-mail on Tuesday prior to the event. Tough Viking brings products from the webshop and there is a possibility to buy food. However we recommend you to use other transportation if possible. Toilets: Toilets will be available on the event area.

ABOUT THE RACE

The obstacles are designed together with the Swedish elite maritime special forces unit Kustjägarna. The price depend on how early you sign up. The set up of obstacles depends on the country and regulations on the different locations. It will take you 10 minutes to walk from the station to the event area. Our sponsor are on site with products and activities, and they are located at start and finish. You are allowed to keep the vest after the race.
