Bean was always genuinely caring from the first moment I met him. They always took their time during my appointment, I never felt rushed or like they were worried about getting to their next patient. Long story short I didn't get it done and called them and asked to see someone else at the office first. On top of that, they billed her for the second set of blood work. I can move on from that, because the specialists helped us and we still love our little stillborn son. I haven't even been seen at all for this pregnancy so it's not like I'm switching in the middle or anything.

We've never not had an issue with billing problems. I switched from the Valley ob gyn doctor's office to the midwife's office hoping for a better experience with less interventions. On their terms and you just go along with it. I gave them a fighting chance--I finally gave up on my third pregnancy. The problem I have with them is refusing to take any responsibility for a mix up that they made when it came to sending a test sample for a biopsy.
Every single one of them has refused to come up with a plan or offer any answers. And I didn't hold my baby boy for at least an hour after he was born for no reason other than the midwife's ignorance. No congratulations and they didn't even bother to ask what happened. She currently practices at Valley Obstetrics and Gynecology Lehi and is affiliated with St Mark's Hospital. They do not care or are willing to accommodate to any kind of birth plan or small request.
I don't know why they have such bad reviews. She won't be going back here, we have already found a doctor who explained everything even drew pictures for her to understand what's going on! The pitocin wasn't helping me dilate it all, I was getting no rest in between contractions - I was finally ready to push, I could feel the baby right there but guess what the nurse kept telling me?
