It started with a very poor reception, the lady was not making you feel welcome, she hardly looked at me, did not smile once. I am 178cm by the way. I have now stayed here for 10 days with 2 business friends, who as well found the rooms very comfortable. Next day there was a gentleman at the reception desk, I asked him to show me the directions to the railway station on a map. On departure, the reception desk was manned by another chap and he was more friendly - so have to assume the original staff were doing jobs they were not normally paid to do! Her kan man gjøre flott entrè med båt, og man får en nydelig maritim ramme rundt selskapet. He was more concerned about accuse us that we had made a mistake. Hotel Maritim has been gradually upgraded over the last few years, and presents it self with new modern delicate rooms, with parquet floors, new beds and smart bathrooms.

I wouldn't stay here again. Since most of the hotels in Tønsberg was booked this weekend I call Maritim thursday day before arrival and booked a room for two persons for two nights. But breakfast was good cooked breakfast available though only on one morning. I have known this hotel in Tønsberg for many years, from previous owners to new owners. This is a major data concern and should not be ignored.

Har du lyst på en opplevelse på sjøen er det Vestfold Maritim som gjelder. Other guests behind me was shocked me as well. I have now stayed here for 10 days with 2 business friends, who as well found the rooms very comfortable. Gjestene vil føle seg spesielle og ekstra satt pris på, når de nyter mat og drikke på bryggekanten. We were at a wedding and told the hotel we would arrive late. Våre lyse og åpne lokaler med fantastisk sjøutsikt rommer opp til 100 personer.

But have to say in fairness that my family next door were in a double and quite large and comfortable bright room with settee and table also. The breakfast included the minimum for to be called a hotel breakfast if you ask me. Vi har stor en stor butikk med adresse Bekkeveien 200, 3173 Vear, like ved Tønsberg. And the bathroom was so small you almost hit the wall with you knees when you sat on the toilet. Worst hotel I have stayed in ever! Featuring a sushi bar, this hotel is only 10 minutes' walk from Tønsberg Train Station.

Perfekt for selskap, fest og bryllup! It goes without saying it differentiate it self form the larger groups in many ways, and has a very special charm. However privately owned smaller hotels do have a different approach to warm service and atmosphere compared to the more business like hotels, which can actually be experienced when traveling in the small er communities in Norway. Even though the very rude manager claimed to fix it, it was obviously not happening. Not a regular hotel brekfast that you usually get in Norway. Whereas the rest of the hotel was very dusty etc our rooms were clean though. Helt unike lokaler i Melsomvik! Matlykke står for mat, servering, klargjøring samt opprydding. This was just luck, all the hotels were completely full except this one room.

Many rooms are of different shape and lay out, but clean and nice, as observed when the owner showed me around. This is not good enough. For example no bedside lights in my single ghastly room. He was rude and signaled that he wanted us out of the hotel even though we told him we had no place to sleep. Derfor ønsker stadig flere å utdanne seg innen maritim næring.

Lokalene vår blir ofte brukt til alt fra bryllup til firmafester. But the breakfast is terrible. The ham looks like its 14 days old. The hallways outside the room didn't smell fresh and in the bathroom the lights hung from the cables and boards on the cabinet. The floor of the shower was not cleaned after my first day - the water of the morning was still in there also because the ventilation did not work at all.
