This year's corn maze highlight's a long-standing South Carolina tradition - the football rivalry between Clemson and Carolina. Ticket Holders hereto acknowledge that they have participated in the negotiation of this Agreement. . Ticket Holder expressly grants Scotty McCreery at Denver Downs Farm organizers the non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to publish, print, display, record and use by photograph, film, video, audio or any other method or device Ticket Holder's name, voice, image and likeness while at Scotty McCreery at Denver Downs Farm, and to use such recordings for any purpose and in any medium now known or hereafter devised. Ticket Holder releases Scotty McCreery at Denver Downs Farm organizers from liability for any such uses, including claims for infringement of any privacy, publicity or other rights and other claims of any kind.

Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be construed against either Party by reason of such Party having been or having been deemed to have structured, dictated, or drafted this Agreement. It is understood that some beers will run out before the end of the event. All ages- family, friends, and groups are invited to come out and spend the day and evening at the farm enjoying getting lost in the 10 acre maze finding the perfect pumpkin in the 8 acre pumpkin patch! Getting lost here will be lots of fun for Clemson and Carolina fans. This year, we have teamed up with Denver Downs Farm to offer attendees the best experience yet; the corn maze and all Denver Downs festivities with a concert at night featuring Scotty! The Parties to this Agreement acknowledge that each of the Parties have been given an opportunity to review this Agreement with counsel and that their purchase of Scotty McCreery at Denver Downs Farm tickets represents their voluntary act and evidences their agreement to the terms described herein, each intending to be bound by same.
