I honestly feel like I got the you're not welcome here haircut special with a shake down price at the end. Def will never go back hair def not the experience I expected from an urban barbershop. Good dialogue and good energy. I asked for a bald fade and the guy spend 80 % of the time on my hairline. I have been getting my hair cut here for about 5 or more years now and I keep coming back because of the consistency and cool ass people and the relaxed environment. They gave me a high and tight.

I find that if you go in the evenings on a Saturday or Sunday, it is filled with a bunch of dads and their boys--which means a lot of waiting and curing over wanting their lollipop before the hair cut--so go early to avoid the kids. If you need a place thats consistent, does good work, cool barbers, convenient and doesn't over book, get lucky and come to Luckys Barber and give them a chance. They do not take appointments. She does not seem like she knows what she is doing, gave me the most disinterested haircut, cut off my sideburns without asking, and was defensive whenever I would ask her something. I don't recommend anyone to go to here. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly.

They have a female barber on staff too! On the other hand, I tried to get a blowout. I just want to get a hair cut and go. Also they brought my lineup so high. Lucky to several people and hope it continues to thrive. I must have been another unlucky customer. He offered to give me half my money back but he didn't have proper change so I ended up paying 20 bucks for the worst cut in my life. I got the worst haircut of my life today by B Tello who sits in the front corner of the store next to the door.

He's very good with children. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. The men here are disgustingly sexist. Saturday at noon, they had 6 chairs open and a very short wait. The shop itself is always clean, the barbers friendly, and the conversations are always interesting. Now I have been to many barbers high and low and swear she has super bars with the clippers and the straight edge. She was attentive and, best of all, she did the same job as more expensive Madison Avenue salons. How bad could it be, I thought, if he goes there? I have been coming to this place for a haircut regularly for almost a year and Mark always does a great job.
