There is an obvious defect most people don't have to replace headlight every 4 to 6 months. Landed here as I am in the process of buying a new car. Both are excellent cars but much too boring for my tastes. The lights fill with water after washing or if it rain causing the headlights to short out and blow the bulbs. Came with the Limited Nav Infinity stereo and Sun Roof Package. We now drive the car only during daylight. The dealership acknowledged that the radio has a 'parasitic draw' on the battery causing these issues, but refuses to take responsibility for their installation.

Without looking at all the detailed specs and options Im going to venture a guess that the Rogue has a slight advantage here. This car was defective when sold but not rising to the level of lemon law complaints. I need a 7 or 8 seater. Once the tension is completely removed then remove the top bolt and pull the tensioner out. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired. From what I can tell the e60 530s are mechanically comparable to our existing cars but with some differences like electric water pump and obviously more electronics like idrive. I believe it is a manufacturer's defect that if just being ignored.
