Tough Viking brings products from the webshop and there is a possibility to buy food. Car: There are some parking lots at the event area. . There will be a queue by the starting area for the second lap. However we recommend you to use other transportation if possible. A team can consist of as many participants as you like, but you compete with the aggregated time of the 4 fastest times in your team against other teams. All double distance runners will start in an early starting group.

You choose how you will compete when signing up. The set up of obstacles depends on the country and regulations on the different locations. Changing-room: Will be available a the event area. Tough Viking is a competition for everyone, both the elit athlete and the regular exerciser. Our sponsor are on site with products and activities, and they are located at start and finish. The vest must be used during the race.

Oslo

Heats: Your starting group will be notified by E-mail on Tuesday prior to the event. Toilets: Toilets will be available on the event area. Beverage: Water and other beverages will be available at the finish line and once during the course. Sign up now to claim your start! You can see the exact price below under each race. The obstacles are massive and consist of water, mud, monkey bars and barbed wire set out along a challenging route.

ABOUT THE RACE

The second lap must be started before the last regular starting group of the day. Starting time: The starts will be between 10:00 — 16:00. Public transport: Take Metro 1 to Frognerseteren to get to Holmenkollen. This will be available for pick up at the event area. This is valid unless you have not be given a different number by the Crew. It will take you 10 minutes to walk from the station to the event area.

Tough Viking Volunteers 2020

Tough Viking is great for the visitors and in 2015 more than 150 000 visited our races. You are allowed to keep the vest after the race. Starting number: Your provisional starting number is the one you find in your confirmation mail. The obstacles are designed together with the Swedish elite maritime special forces unit Kustjägarna. The price depend on how early you sign up.
