Your smartwatch notifications are there if you want them but they won't jump in and ruin the traditional watch ambience. Yet despite this logic and practical advantage, we would have preferred to see the watch launched in a stainless steel, because the heft and substance of steel would have separated the Connected even more from the Smartwatch pack. It's perforated, yet thick and sturdy. I've been buying and using many smartwatches for this website. In the real world, the white is more vivid and less pixelated than these photos show, but while you could easily mistake the black face for a traditional watch dial, the white dial is clearly digital and the shading gives the dial a somewhat artificial look.
It's a high-end watch brand. It's more than fine actually - its transflective, so it holds up really well under bright lights; even when in the black screen low power state. It's the most expensive watch I've ever purchased. There aren't any other watch brands with this name recognition that makes a smartwatch. Downloading Google Play Music playlists is a pain, as it never completed despite multiple restarts. One big plus with Android Wear over Samsung's Tizen is you can compose a new email.

Honestly, I don't know why more brands aren't using the Tizen operating system like Samsung. It's a luxury watch brand. . It's not really an essential part of the Android Wear offering. I'll skip to the chase, this is one extremely comfortable watch. Tag Heuer is not an electronic company, and it will never be. Does your phone have an internet connection? Battery life aside, the Modular 41 comes highly recommended - we can't wait for the even smaller Modular 39.
